Lens 1-0 Strasbourg

Ismaëlo Ganiou scored his first goal for RC Lens, leading Les Sang et Or to a valuable victory at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis. This win moved them up to 3rd place in Ligue 1 after defeating a ten-man RC Strasbourg Alsace. With this victory, Lens have lost only one of their last nine games (7 wins, 1 draw), keeping Pierre Sage’s team’s hopes alive of winning their first Ligue 1 title in 28 years. On the other hand, Strasbourg’s difficulties away from home continue, as they have lost their last three away league matches and have a record of 2 wins, 1 draw, and 4 losses on the road.

Rennes 4-1 Monaco

Mahdi Camara’s goal and two assists laid the groundwork for Rennes’ largest winning margin of the 2025/26 season, as they defeated AS Monaco 4-1 at Roazhon Park, handing Monaco their third consecutive Ligue 1 loss. Monaco’s poor form persists, with the team having won just three of their last 11 matches in all competitions.

Auxerre 0-0 Lyon

Lyon goalkeeper Dominik Greif saved a penalty in the first half, helping Les Gones secure a point in a 0-0 draw against struggling AJ Auxerre. Despite missing eight players due to injuries and suspensions, European hopefuls Lyon will likely be satisfied with earning a point, although they were playing away against the league’s bottom team.

Toulouse 0-1 Angers

Angers SCO achieved their first away win in Ligue 1 this season by narrowly defeating Toulouse 1-0 at the Stadium de Toulouse. With two consecutive wins, Angers have caught up to Toulouse in points and have created a 5-point gap from the relegation zone.

Nantes 1-1 Lorient

Chidozie Awaziem scored for both teams, with his late equalizer for Nantes preventing Lorient from securing their first away win of the 2025/26 season. An own goal contributed to Nantes extending their winless streak to four matches (2 draws, 2 losses). As a result, Nantes climbed out of the bottom three, but only on goal difference, now occupying 15th place.

Brest 3-2 Metz

Brest pulled away from the Ligue 1 relegation zone after initially missing a penalty in stoppage time but then securing a 3-2 win over Metz with a second penalty in added time, achieving their fourth consecutive head-to-head victory for Les Pirates.

Lille 4-2 Paris FC

Olivier Giroud broke his two-month goal drought in spectacular style, scoring twice to help Lille overturn the score and secure their third comeback victory of the season with a 4-2 win against Paris FC. This victory moves Lille into the top four and extends their unbeaten streak against Paris FC to seven games. On the other hand, Paris FC have lost four of their last six matches and are only three points above the relegation zone.
