According to reports, Rafael Leao does not want to extend his current deal with AC Milan and a line of teams are ready to take advantage of the situation.
The Portuguese striker, whose current contract expires in 2024, is not pleased to continue at Milan, as revealed by Sky Germany writer Florian Plettenberg on Twitter.
He is not certain that Milan can provide him the type of deal that he would want the club to consider more affluent teams’ bids.

Chelsea, Manchester City, and Real Madrid seem to be the teams who are currently showing the greatest interest. Chelsea was the one that really met with Milan in Qatar, but the Rossoneri turned down Chelsea’s offer of €70 million.
The release clause for the Portuguese star is $150 million, and The Diavolo wants to be paid that amount. Rafael Leao is reportedly still being courted by the club to sign a new deal.
Rafael Leao was not just AC Milan’s best player last season, but he also won the Serie A player of the season while making an appearance in the Ballon d’Or top 30. He was included in Portugal’s World Cup squad and was merely used as a sub despite his two goals in the tournament.
