Six more icons from the Premier League have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Six Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester City luminaries have been admitted into the PL’s Hall of Fame, which currently includes 16 members.
Peter Schmeichel and Paul Scholes, are the two legends from Manchester United who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
They are joined by Arsenal legend Ian Wright, who netted 113 Premier League goals. Didier Drogba is also in attendance to be honored for his 104 PL goals, two Golden Boots, and five championships with Chelsea. The roster is completed by Vincent Kompany and Sergio Aguero, both of whom joined Manchester City ten years ago and have just lately departed the league.

“The most recent inductees to our Hall of Fame were all world-class players who thrilled fans across the world and helped define distinct periods of the Premier League,” said Richard Masters, the league’s chief executive.
“I congratulate them on their achievement and express my gratitude to those who voted for their favorite athletes.” The Premier League Hall of Fame already has 16 fantastic honorees, and I’m looking forward to see who will join them in the coming years.”
Every player inducted into the Hall of Fame is presented with an inscribed medallion and a £10,000 gift to a charity of their choosing.
